Due to the limited nature of our collections, all sales are final and we do not offer refunds at this time.

Size Exchanges

We understand that selecting the correct size online can sometimes be challenging. For this reason, size exchanges may be requested within 7 days of delivery, subject to the following conditions:

• The item must be unworn, unwashed, and in its original condition
  
  

• All original tags must remain attached
  
  

• The requested size must be available in inventory
  
  

• Customers are responsible for return shipping costs

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive an item that is damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery so we may resolve the issue promptly. Please include clear photos of the item and packaging when reaching out.

Order Accuracy

Please ensure that your shipping address and order details are entered correctly at checkout. Sacred One is not responsible for orders shipped to incorrectly provided addresses.
